STEP 1: COURTMIX BINDER

GENKEM COURTMIX BINDER QCC861 is a Vinyl Acetate dibutyl maleate
copolymer emulsion, designed for use in court dressings and is compatible
with most pigments, fillers & aggregate. QCC861 will improve bond of acrylic
coatings to concrete.

Allow QCC861 to dry completely before next application of GENKEM
SPORTSCOAT surface system.

Minimum Application Temperature of 10°C to 30˚C.
Application is with either roller, Neoprene rubber squeegee, or spray
GENKEM SPORTSCOATS are not hazardous” and is free of lead, mercury,
asbestos and formaldehyde.

STEP 2: COURTMASTIC

GENKEM COURTMASTIC BASE COAT is a heavy duty acrylic resurfacer. It
is designed to provide a high-performance base coat for use under surface
systems and it adds to the durability of the entire surfacing system.

Minimum Application Temperature of 10°C to 30˚C.
Application is with either roller, Neoprene rubber squeegee, or spray

asbestos and formaldehyde.

STEP 3: COURTCOAT

GENKEM COURTCOAT is a high solid 100% acrylic topcoat. It provides
the wearing surface for all the Genkem Sport Surfaces. This final coat is
formulated with the highest quality colour pigments and acrylic binders to
ensure permanent non-fading court surfaces. GENKEM COURTCOAT reduces
glare and lowers the surface temperature of the pavement.

As a finish, GENKEM COURTCOAT will look attractive for many years
(5-8 years, depending on quality of housekeeping, between recoating) with
a minimum amount of maintenance. Outdoor courts should be kept free of
dirt, sand, etc. In most locations, normal rainfall and occasional sweeping is
all the maintenance required.

GENKEM COURTCOAT is supplied as a concentrate and is diluted with water
at the jobsite.

STEP 4: COURTSEAL

GENKEM COURTSEAL is a pure acrylic copolymer emulsion, designed to
enhance the colour of the surface and assists in prolonging life expectancy.

STEP 5: COURTLINE

GENKEM COURTLINE is a fine textured white line paint. The sharpest and most
attractive lines result from the hand application of Courtline between two strips
of masking tape. Courtline’s are brilliant, sharply defined and add a great deal
to the overall appearance of the tennis court.

An additional advantage of lines done with Courtline is shots landing on the line
will not skid as they might on other line paints. Rather, they will have the same
true bounce as those shots landing anywhere else on the surface.

We have formulated GENKEM COURTLINE from the highest quality titanium
white pigments designed for maximum durability and intensity. Enhanced with
optical brighteners. Courtline provides maximum hiding, extreme whiteness,
non-skid properties and easy application with masking tape.
