QCC861

COURTMIX BINDER

GENKEM COURTMIX BINDER QCC861 is a Vinyl Acetate dibutyl maleate
copolymer emulsion, designed for use in court dressings and is compatible
with most pigments, fillers & aggregate. QCC861 will improve bond of acrylic
coatings to concrete.

Allow QCC861 to dry completely before next application of GENKEM
SPORTSCOAT surface system.

Minimum Application Temperature of 10°C to 30˚C.
Application is with either roller, Neoprene rubber squeegee, or spray
GENKEM SPORTSCOATS are not hazardous” and is free of lead, mercury,
asbestos and formaldehyde.

APPLICATION:
Mix 25 lt WATER x 60 kg COURTSAND (QCC867) x 10 kg
COURTFIBRE (QCCFIBRE) x 32.5 kg COURTMIX (QCC861).
Water is mixed with the Court Sand, whilst mixing add the Fibre
and then QCC861.
5 to 7 Mixes per Court will be required.
The mix here is to be squeegeed over the court where 3 squeegees
behind each other are used to prevent lines, working towards an
exit point – this ensures an even coat.

NEW CONCRETE MUST:
• Have vapour barrier under the slab
• Have medium broom finish
• Contain no curing agents
• Cured for 30 days
• Be etched with phosphoric acid wash
