GENKEM TOPCOAT

GENKEM TOPCOAT is a high solid 100% acrylic topcoat. It provides the
wearing surface for all GENKEM SPORT SURFACE systems. This final
coat is formulated with the highest quality colour pigments and acrylic
binders to ensure permanent non-fading court surfaces. GENKEM
TOPCOAT reduces glare and lowers the surface temperature of the
pavement.

As a finish, GENKEM TOPCOAT will look attractive for many years (5-8
years, depending on quality of housekeeping, between recoating) with a
minimum amount of maintenance. Outdoor courts should be kept free
of dirt, sand, etc. In most locations, normal rainfall and occasional
sweeping is all the maintenance required.
